Job Summary: Responsible for drafting contract drafts and contractual documentation, contract administration, and addressing legal and compliance requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in drafting contract drafts and contractual documentation. 2. Support for contract administration and legal compliance. 3. Management of interfaces with legal, tax, procurement, and finance departments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafting contract drafts and contractual documentation in alignment with applicable legislation and corporate procedures, including support to Contract Negotiation Committees, Amendments, TEPs (Technical Evaluation Proposals), Claims, and other committees related to the Project. Supporting contract administration, covering contract monitoring, measurement, payments, decentralized procurement processes, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Drafting procurement documents, contract drafts, and technical documentation—such as Descriptive Memorandum, Measurement Criteria, Price Schedule, among others—based on standards established by applicable legislation and procedures; * Monitoring submission by Contractors of insurance policies applicable to Contracts; * Monitoring fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities of both Client and Contractor as stipulated in the Contract; * Monitoring contracts and payment flows in SAP; * Supporting contractual measurement of services and materials, price adjustments, and preparation of purchase requisitions, FRS, RM, MIGO, MIRO, and NL (transactions in SAP R/3\); * Creating purchase orders and purchase requisitions in SAP; * Supporting execution of physical measurement processes for goods and services under contracts; * Issuing, receiving, verifying, and paying Service Invoices (NFs) and Invoices for Domestic and Imported Materials and Equipment, including price adjustments, foreign exchange variations, tax withholdings, INSS withholdings, and other invoice deductions and withholdings; * Analyzing labor and social security documents, when required; * Monitoring Occurrence Reports (RO) issued by Contractors; * Supporting Contractors in clarifying planning and physical\-financial control procedures and SAP payment flow for contracts, including system registration support; * Supporting planning of contract monitoring meetings; * Addressing inquiries arising from contract administration regarding current legislation and corporate procedures; * Verifying subcontractor suppliers and analyzing claims; * Addressing insurer requests during claim settlement phase, reviewing policies and endorsements, and monitoring compliance with policy exclusion clauses; * Managing project interfaces with legal, tax, compliance, procurement, and finance departments; * Participating in internal and external audits (e.g., ANP, TCU, Ministry of Labor, among others); ### **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or any other undergraduate program (including technology degrees), provided relevant experience exists within the scope of responsibilities. Preferred Experience: Minimum 6 years working in activities related to the energy industry (oil, gas, thermal power plants, etc.), chemical/petrochemical industry, multinational certification companies, or large- or medium-scale industrial construction. **Note:** If experience was gained prior to graduation, every 2 (two) years of experience will be converted into 1 (one) year for eligibility assessment purposes. Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite.
