




**External PAP Supervisor \- AMO Internet** Supervises commercial activities, guiding and monitoring the execution of field sales team actions to ensure achievement of established objectives and commercial targets, aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct market and competitor research, gathering information on pricing, product portfolio, and commercial practices. * Plan field activities focused on optimizing team performance. * Manage external sales channels, ensuring smooth operational functioning. * Supervise field team routines, ensuring compliance with established processes. * Propose and implement specific commercial area initiatives (action plans). * Coordinate, plan, and monitor field sales team activities. * Conduct periodic meetings and feedback sessions with the team (targets, results, and behavioral performance). * Promote motivational management of the team, encouraging commitment and results attainment. * Deliver operational and commercial training to the field sales team. * Apply corrective and alignment measures as needed. * Ensure implementation of company policies, aligned with corporate strategies. * Participate in the target-setting process for the area under supervision.
