




We are seeking an **External Commercial Supervisor** to lead a sales team focused on **marketing benefits cards**, including **dental care, telemedicine, discounts on medical exams, funeral assistance, family benefits**, among others. **Responsibilities** * Lead, train, and develop the external sales team. * Plan daily routes and proactive acquisition strategies at high-traffic locations, companies, and external events. * Accompany sales representatives in the field to boost deal closures and performance. * Ensure compliance with scripts, sales approaches, and commercial processes. * Analyze metrics such as: productivity, conversion rate, average transaction value, and individual targets. * Design weekly commercial initiatives to increase sales volume. * Conduct direct sales when necessary (leading by example). * Prepare reports and hold alignment and feedback meetings. * Organize and execute incentive campaigns for the team. * Collaborate closely with senior management to continuously improve the commercial process.
