**Optical Store Manager – Shopping Mall** **Opticalia – Plaza de Niterói Shopping Mall** **Position Description** Opticalia at Plaza de Niterói Shopping Mall is seeking an experienced **Optical Store Manager**, with proven expertise in the optical sector and a strong results-oriented mindset. We are looking for a leadership-minded professional with commercial acumen and consultative service skills, capable of developing the team and ensuring a humanized, efficient shopping experience. **Responsibilities** * Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team, ensuring service standards and a results-driven focus. * Manage performance targets (revenue, average transaction value, units per transaction [UPT], conversion rate, and product mix). * Provide consultative customer service when required, offering comprehensive solutions (frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories). * Ensure store organization and proper implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. * Monitor team performance indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement. * Organize and manage work schedules, breaks, and time-off requests. * Perform store administrative tasks: cash reconciliation, order support, goods receipt, and inventory control. * Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand policies, and excellence in customer experience. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the optical sector (**mandatory**). * Prior experience as a **store manager or team leader** in retail, preferably in optical stores or shopping malls. * Technical knowledge of lenses, frames, and prescriptions. * Leadership profile, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and negotiation skills. * Availability to work on a shopping mall schedule (including weekends and holidays). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base salary:** BRL 3,500.00 * **Commission:** 0.9% to 1.5% * **Performance bonuses:** BRL 120.00 to BRL 500.00 * **Meal allowance:** BRL 180.00 * **Health insurance** **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical degree in Optics. * Experience working with premium brands.
