Leadership and people development Management of operations teams, financial planning and monitoring, process planning and improvement for the shopping center, and interface with retailers, entrepreneurs, and administration. Manage operational maintenance and operations teams and processes; Develop, monitor, and improve area performance indicators; Implement process improvements focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost reduction; Ensure governance of operational processes; Delegate operational tasks while ensuring quality and deadlines; Lead and develop people; Provide support and service to retailers; Ensure shopping center quality—including technical areas, infrastructure, and equipment—through the operations team, identifying demands and segregating\-them into corrective and/or preventive actions; Execute, design, and control the annual budget approved jointly with the entrepreneur (CAPEX, construction and improvement projects, procurement, facilities contracts, materials, preventive and corrective maintenance, etc.), analyzing the budget and performing forecasting to align expenses and revenues as planned; Manage the architecture team to support new retailer or shopping center construction projects, ensuring design execution and quality assurance; Collaborate with the superintendent to implement the annual strategic plan, defining priorities and preparing the shopping center budget; Handle crisis situations by engaging with external stakeholders (customers), internal stakeholders (retailers and store staff), and administration staff and service providers, representing the shopping center; Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational and energy efficiency—and thereby reduce expenses—without compromising quality; Manage Free Energy Market contracts; Manage the operations team, ensure customer service quality, and oversee parking accountability; Represent the company in operational matters vis-à-vis the entrepreneur;
