Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting managers in people-related decision-making. Develop and implement HR policies and practices aligned with company objectives. Manage HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. Lead and develop the HR team. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations. Conduct performance evaluations and development plans. Promote employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organizational culture. Mediate conflicts and manage organizational climate. Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
