




Job Summary: The DHO Analyst will serve as the catalyst for employee growth, ensuring the Alvorada Group’s culture is experienced throughout the entire talent journey. Key Highlights: 1. Will focus on people development and cultural transformation processes. 2. Responsible for Training & Development (T&D), organizational climate, performance evaluation, and onboarding. 3. Will lead end-to-end recruitment processes. ### **About the Role** We are seeking a professional passionate about people and transformational processes. As a DHO Analyst, you will be the catalyst for our employees’ growth, ensuring the Alvorada Group’s culture is lived at every stage of the talent journey—from onboarding to succession planning. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Training and Development (T&D):** Identify training needs (TNA), develop content and materials in Canva, and deliver internal training sessions. * **Culture and Climate:** Support the implementation and analysis of organizational climate surveys, proposing action plans to improve the work environment. * **Performance Evaluation:** Manage the evaluation cycle, supporting managers with feedback and the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * **Endomarketing:** Collaborate with internal communications to strengthen employer branding and promote integration events. * **Onboarding:** Ensure new employees receive a welcoming and values-aligned onboarding experience. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment reports). ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid experience in DHO subsystems (with emphasis on development and R&S). ### **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in Canva * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations). * Behavioral Profile: Excellent communication skills, empathy, proactivity, and analytical mindset. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in People Management or Organizational Psychology. * Prior experience in retail or wholesale companies. * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to HR. * Driver’s License (Category B) ### **What We Offer:** ️ On-site meal assistance Medical coverage ️ Shopping and discount benefits within the Group Birthday Day Off Partnerships with educational institutions and course providers (Estácio, Sesc, Asserj).
