Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and responsible professional to structure information security and access control processes, with a focus on LGPD and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. We need someone with an analytical mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to build processes from scratch—ensuring not only the smooth operation of internal platforms but also the security of company information. Currently, our primary challenge lies in **organizing and controlling internal access and data**, and this person will be a key player in transforming this scenario. **The position is REMOTE and bilingual (English).** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Structuring and managing **access control** * Creating and implementing **information security policies (including LGPD)** * Monitoring and auditing **access and platform usage logs** * Reviewing and adjusting **user permissions** * Providing technical support to employees using internal tools * Identifying and resolving day-to-day technical issues * Extracting data and generating reports for process tracking * Conducting **technical onboarding for new employees** * Training teams on system usage and information security best practices **What we expect from you:** * Experience with **access and user management** * Knowledge of **information security** (even practical experience) * Understanding of **LGPD applied in corporate environments** * Experience with **internal technical support** * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail * Strong communication skills for training and support **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with log auditing * Knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 * Experience drafting internal policies * Intermediate English proficiency **About the role:** We seek someone with autonomy, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude to help the company advance in security and process organization.
