Job Summary: Act as a strategic partner in executing the HR plan, ensuring achievement of company goals and objectives through training, recruitment, and selection activities. Key Highlights: 1. Development of training/development plans **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **HR team**, working **on-site** at our **Saquarema/RJ** unit. This person will act as a strategic partner in executing the HR plan, aiming to ensure achievement of company goals and objectives. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, developing training/development plans, managing KPIs, handling recruitment and selection, and performing other HR-related tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Prepare the Work Accident Report (CAT) with INSS, hospitals, and unions, as required; * Address employee inquiries; * Issue purchase requisitions for local HR direct suppliers and support CSC in its purchase requisitions; * Reconcile the meal allowance ledger and support CSC in reconciling other payroll-related ledgers; * Monitor probationary contract deadlines, fixed-term contracts for hourly workers, monthly employees, apprentices, interns, and temporary staff; * Perform benefits-related activities (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, food baskets, cafeteria, life insurance, medical assistance, dental assistance, school supply allowance, shuttle services, toys, Christmas baskets, and pharmacy), ensuring participation by all employees; * Develop and maintain HR KPI data; * Prepare termination processes and schedule homologation; * Comply with company policies/procedures/standards, work processes, and implemented management systems; * Perform other duties related to this role and work procedures, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Availability to work rotating shifts when necessary; * Experience in Generalist HR **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 62 paper mills.
