Join us and contribute to transforming the connectivity experience for thousands of people while growing in a dynamic and inspiring environment Job opening in network management, with responsibilities including: Active and passive monitoring of network assets using tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or similar; Assisting in incident management and diagnostics for operational networks; Initial configuration and assistance in managing switches, routers, and OLTs, network segmentation, and VLANs; Supporting corporate clients (analysis, technical support, performance degradation, latency, and packet loss); Addressing internal department requests; Documenting network topology, configurations, and operational procedures; Meeting service-level agreement (SLA) requirements for incident response and logging; Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with fiber-optic network technologies; Knowledge of TCP/IP networking; Understanding of various network topologies; Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams; Knowledge of ARP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, ICMP; Academic Background: Completed high school; Having completed or currently pursuing a university degree in Technology, Networking, IT, or Engineering is a plus. Languages: Technical English Working Hours: * 220 hours per month; * Rotating on-call schedule (12 hours on, 36 hours off).
