Job Summary: Strategic and operational HR professional to manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits, and HR metrics, promoting company culture and employee engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership support through KPIs and organizational development **Human Resources (Strategic and Operational HR):** * Recruitment and selection (job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring). * Onboarding and integration of new employees. * Benefits administration, performance evaluations, and organizational climate surveys. * Supporting leadership with strategic indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance). * Implementing initiatives related to culture, engagement, and organizational development. * Ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in HR and payroll administrative routines. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Proactive profile with generalist HR capabilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience implementing internal policies, job and salary structures. * Experience working in technology companies or rapidly growing organizations. * Experience in internal marketing, culture, and employee engagement projects.
