Compliance monitoring and control ###### **Rio de Janeiro, RJ****The company accepts applications from candidates located in Rio de Janeiro and nearby cities** ###### **Junior/** **Trainee** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree: Administration, Accounting, Law, IT, Nursing, and/or Economics; * Postgraduate studies or extension courses in Compliance are desirable; * Experience and proficiency in delivering corporate training; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Anti-corruption legislation knowledge. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform prescribed third-party due diligence procedures, including reviewing submitted documentation and classifying and assessing identified risks; * Promote the company’s Integrity Program through training sessions and by designing periodic actions and campaigns, aligned with established communication standards; * Analyze reports received via the whistleblower channel, assign tasks accordingly, and track their completion; * Conduct monitoring and control activities to ensure proper use of Compliance mechanisms in support of the company’s Integrity Program; **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro. **Working Hours:** 220 hours per month (Mon–Thu: 08:00–18:00; Fri: 08:00–17:00). **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Completed undergraduate degree **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Partnership agreements with external companies Transportation allowance ### **About Rede D'Or** Rede D’Or is the largest integrated healthcare network in Brazil, operating nationwide.
