




Job Summary: Work as a Senior Tax Analyst, responsible for calculating and recording taxes, monitoring negative tax certificates and ancillary obligations, and managing tax benefits. Responsible for calculating and recording federal, state, and municipal taxes; monitoring all negative tax certificates issued by federal, state, and municipal governments; fulfilling ancillary tax obligations; coordinating with the tax legal department during tax audits; managing the tax registry; analyzing credit utilization opportunities with end users; renewing and monitoring strategies related to tax benefits for operations; issuing fiscal invoices and calculating taxes applicable to import processes for goods and services; and performing assessments and calculations of tax credits and debits. **Main Responsibilities** * **Bookkeeping and Ancillary Obligations:** Classification of fiscal documents; preparation and submission of SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI); issuance of fiscal invoices. * **Tax Incentives and Manaus Free Trade Zone (Crucial in AM):** Monitoring, regularization, and oversight of tax incentive reports (SUFRAMA). * **Legislative Analysis:** Interpretation and application of current tax legislation to ensure proper classification of goods (CFOP, NCM, CST). * **Withholding Taxes at Source:** Control of fiscal invoices containing tax withholdings (IRRF, INSS, ISS, PCC). * **Tax Routine Management (Compliance):** Calculation and payment of federal, state, and municipal taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS). * **Reconciliation and Auditing:** Conducting fiscal vs. accounting reconciliations, reconciliation of tax accounts, and support during internal and external audits. * **Systems:** Support in the implementation and development of tax systems. **Requirements for Application:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of accounting and current tax legislation, including aspects of the Tax Reform; * Experience with SAP; experience working at Big4 firms and participation in technology projects are considered advantages; * Communication with public agencies (State Revenue Departments and Municipalities).
