




Conexão Talento is seeking a **Commercial Consultant** for its client to join an expanding team. We are looking for a **mature** professional with strong professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented vision, and robust analytical capabilities—ambitious and results-driven. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills, discipline in using metrics, and a genuine desire for growth. The role involves developing and expanding the client portfolio through a **consultative sales process**, blending proactive prospecting (HUNTER) with management and growth of an existing client base (FARM). The Commercial Consultant must ensure high-level client relationships, professional maturity, and a strong focus on results—directly contributing to the sustainable growth of the commercial area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proactively prospect new clients aligned with the technology sector. * Manage and strengthen the current client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and expansion of opportunities. * Lead the full sales cycle: diagnosis, meetings, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. * Build ongoing, consultative relationships by deeply understanding client needs. * Maintain daily CRM routines with organization, discipline, and accuracy. * Monitor KPIs, targets, sales funnel, and pipeline predictability. * Generate qualified opportunities and ensure continuous growth of the client base. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Support, and Commercial Leadership. **Sales Approach:** Consultative, focused on relationship-building, identifying client pain points, and delivering value. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in consultative sales, preferably within the **technology** sector. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Rigorous organizational skills and CRM management capability. * Familiarity with platforms such as **Pipedrive** or **Bitrix** (training will be provided). **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Base Salary:** R$2,000.00 to R$3,000.00, depending on seniority. * **Variable Compensation:** Average between R$5,000.00 and R$10,000.00. * Work model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote) * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Location: Niterói * Benefits: * Meal Allowance: R$30.00 per day; * Health and Dental Insurance: Sul América health plan (effective after first 3 months); * Transportation Voucher; * Birthday Day Off.
