Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional to generate appointments, follow up with contacts, negotiate with patients, and manage the clinic's social media channels. Responsible for generating appointment bookings for evaluations—sourced from social media leads, referrals, campaigns, and all other lead-generation channels used by the company. Conduct follow-up outreach to patients to address questions and encourage them to visit the clinic. Negotiate with patients immediately after evaluations. Focus on results and ability to pursue goals with ambition to grow. High energy level, resilience, and discipline are required, as daily routines involve actively pursuing business opportunities. Be studious—continuously learn sales techniques and deepen knowledge about our treatments and business. Completed high school education; currently enrolled in university studies—preferably in Administration, Commerce, or Dentistry. Desirable skill in social media posting (Instagram/Facebook), video creation, and organic social media engagement for the clinic. Our compensation model is merit-based: fixed salary + performance bonus. Based on the first target, the fixed salary + commission would reach R$2,700.00/month, with real growth potential.
