**Position: Optical Manager – Shopping \| Opticalia – Plaza Niterói Shopping** **Position Description** The Opticalia store at Plaza Niterói Shopping is seeking an **optical manager** with proven experience in the optical sector and a strong results-driven focus. We are looking for a professional with leadership skills, commercial insight, and consultative service capabilities, able to develop the team and ensure a humanized and efficient shopping experience. **Responsibilities** * Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team, ensuring service standards and a focus on results. * Manage performance targets (revenue, average ticket, PA, conversion rate, and product mix). * Provide consultative customer service when necessary, offering complete solutions (frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories). * Ensure store organization and proper application of Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. * Monitor team performance indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement. * Organize and manage work schedules, breaks, and time off. * Perform store administrative routines: cash reconciliation, support with orders, goods receiving, and inventory control. * Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand policies, and excellence in customer experience. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the optical sector (**mandatory**). * Previous experience as a **manager or team leader** in retail, preferably in optics or shopping malls. * Technical knowledge of lenses, frames, and prescriptions. * Leadership profile, good communication, organizational skills, and negotiation ability. * Availability to work shopping mall shifts (including weekends and holidays). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base salary:** R$ 2\.900,00 * **Commission:** from **0.9% to 1.5%** * **Additional performance bonuses:** from **R$ 120 to R$ 500** * **Meal allowance:** R$ 180,00 * **Health insurance** **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical course in opticianry. * Experience with premium brands.
