Perform payroll-related calculations, including vacation pay, severance payments, thirteenth salary, and other personnel department activities. Issue guides and fulfill labor and social security obligations, such as DCTFWeb, FGTS, and taxes. Administer benefits, including transportation allowance and meal vouchers. Organize documentation required for labor claim proceedings. Provide client support by clarifying doubts regarding labor and social security legislation. Assist with other personnel department tasks and routines, collaborating with the team. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
