Job Summary: This kitchen assistant supports food preparation and plating, maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization, and assists in food pre-preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food preparation and plating 2. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization 3. Support the chef in food pre-preparation Assist in preparing and plating cooked dishes (rice, beans, meats, salads, side dishes, etc.); Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and work surfaces; Support the chef in cutting, seasoning, and pre\-preparing food items; Monitor proper usage and storage of ingredients; Follow food hygiene and safety regulations; Keep the workplace clean and functional.
