




Job Summary: The professional will prepare ingredients, assist in dish preparation, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, manage inventory, and comply with hygiene standards. Inventory management and food hygiene Main Responsibilities: * **Ingredient Preparation:** Wash, peel, chop, and prepare food according to the chef's or cook's requirements. * **Assistance in Preparation:** Assist in plating dishes, preparing recipes, and performing pantry duties. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the kitchen clean and organized by washing utensils and equipment and cleaning work areas. * **Inventory Maintenance:** Check and maintain the organization of food and supply inventory. * **Food Hygiene and Safety:** Follow food hygiene and safety regulations to ensure food quality and safety. * **Assistance in Other Tasks:** May assist with other tasks, such as organizing the pantry, monitoring product expiration dates, and purchasing supplies.
