This position is essential for carrying out masonry work, repairs, and maintenance on building structures, directly contributing to the preservation, safety, and functionality of facilities. **Responsibilities** * Perform masonry tasks including plastering, laying blocks, bricks, and finishes. * Carry out concrete pouring, mortar application, and grouting. * Install and repair doors, windows, frames, and other structural components. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * Meet deadlines and ensure high-quality workmanship. * Safely and properly use tools and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and other team members to maintain workflow efficiency. * Maintain organization and care of materials and tools used. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in building maintenance for residential complexes, industries, or commercial establishments. * Knowledge of ceramic tile and flooring installation. * Skills in minor plumbing or electrical repairs. * Understanding of waterproofing and structural restoration techniques. * Job Information **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Breaks:** * 1-hour lunch break **Location:** * Candidates residing near São Gonçalo, Niterói, and Itaboraí are preferred. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma desirable). * Completed masonry, building maintenance, or equivalent training course. * Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in the role. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Responsible attitude with emphasis on safety. * Agility and efficiency in performing tasks.
