Job Summary: A professional to perform operational and factory support services, including loading, disassembly, organizing, lubrication, and cleaning, contributing to the company’s operations. System monitoring and participation in emergency response teams Perform, under instruction, services for operational areas at landfills, yards, warehouses, workshops, cold rooms, storerooms, factories, and/or field sites—including loading, disassembly and assembly, organizing, packaging, distribution, material handling, arrangement, lubrication, reception of healthcare waste, assistance in operating high-pressure autoclaves, biogas production monitoring, and other similar activities—to support the company’s operational work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform, under instruction, operational and factory support services at yards, warehouses, workshops, storerooms, manufacturing facilities, and field sites—including organizing, unloading and loading equipment, disassembly and assembly, storage, distribution, material handling, cleaning, lubrication, and other similar tasks involving materials and tools—performing securing, counting, and/or storage to support the company’s operational work; * Assist, under instruction, in professional mechanical, metalworking, painting, and operational tasks—retrieving tools and materials, providing operational support, performing disassembly, lubrication, and part cleaning—to support the department’s work; * Perform manual labor for preparation and restoration of work areas—including breaking, drilling, excavation, debris collection, and other tasks required at workstations; * Collect soil and water samples, following procedures or superior instructions, properly packaging them for laboratory analysis; * Clean operational facilities—including sweeping, collecting garbage, debris, scrap, and removing grease and oil—to ensure workplace order and maintenance; * Monitor systems, following internal procedures, recording data, and reporting to supervisors; * Participate in EPAE (Emergency Response Teams), performing assigned operational tasks to support necessary operations; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or third-party teams, reporting and/or taking preventive measures per institutional instructions; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education—4th grade preferred. * Specific courses or certifications related to the position. * Agility, focused attention, interest, excellent physical fitness, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal skills. * Six months’ prior experience in related operational activities preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is inherent to humanity.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
