




**Master School** is looking for a challenge-driven **Inside Sales Supervisor** with a strong focus on results to lead our Student Acquisition team (SDRs). Your primary mission will be to ensure the management of 100% of generated leads, guaranteeing fast and high-quality initial contact, and converting these leads into **scheduled appointments (visits to our facility)** for our Sales Consultants. You will be the central link between Marketing and Sales, responsible for training the team, optimizing processes, and ensuring maximum performance in qualifying potential students. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead, hire, train (onboarding), and continuously develop the Sales team, primarily focused on Inbound leads. * Conduct call reviews, conversation analysis, and email follow-ups to ensure approach quality, proper script usage, and team development. * Ensure all leads are contacted as quickly as possible (within minutes), by implementing and monitoring this process. * Define, monitor, and optimize key department metrics such as: Volume of activities (calls, WhatsApp messages); **Speed to first response (Speed to Lead); Contact Rate (CR); Conversion Rate (Lead to Appointment); Show Rate** of scheduled leads; Quality of appointments made. * Develop and optimize cadence workflows (contact via phone, WhatsApp, and email) to maximize contact and qualification chances. * Create and keep updated playbooks, outreach scripts, and **main objection handling techniques** (e.g., "I don't have time", "just browsing", "it's too expensive"). * Collaborate directly with Marketing (to provide feedback on lead quality) and with **Sales Representatives** (to ensure smooth handover and feedback on appointments). * Manage and ensure effective use of the CRM and other contact tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience managing teams in high-volume, **B2C**, consultative sales environments (e.g., **schools**, clinics, fintechs, real estate agencies, consortia). * Prior hands-on experience as a Pre-Sales Representative or Sales/Enrollment Consultant is a strong advantage. * Hands-on, analytical profile, fully data and metric-driven. * Proficiency in qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, SPIN) adapted for B2C. * Skilled in managing multiple communication channels. * Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills for a team working under aggressive targets. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications (What would make us excited)** * **Prior experience in the Education sector** (vocational courses, technical programs, language schools, etc.). * Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools. * Experience with WhatsApp automation tools. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary (BRL 2,000.00) + commission based on team performance. * Transportation allowance * Dynamic, meritocratic environment with a strong focus on results. * Genuine growth opportunities.
