Our purpose is to deliver tailored solutions by integrating technology, strategic information, and operational excellence to generate quality, efficiency, and cost optimization for our clients. **Job Mission:** Analyze, prepare, and manage tender processes to ensure the Inove Group’s strategic participation in market opportunities through accurate interpretation of tender documents, development of competitive proposals, and assurance of technical and legal compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and interpret tender documents by critically reviewing technical and commercial requirements to identify opportunities aligned with the company’s portfolio and support participation decisions; * Prepare cost spreadsheets and commercial proposals, conduct quotations, and consolidate supplier and margin information to define competitive, market-aligned pricing; * Compile, review, and organize qualification documents and technical proposals based on inputs from relevant departments, submitting them to management for final validation to ensure legal, technical, and documentary compliance; * Represent the company in in-person tenders, attending public sessions and interacting with tendering agencies to defend commercial proposals and increase success rates; * Participate in in-person and electronic auctions, strategically managing the bidding phase to ensure competitiveness and maximize commercial outcomes; * Support the commercial team’s development through guidance and training on tender documents, proposals, and tender processes to promote standardization and continuous improvement; * Stay updated on legislation, the company’s portfolio, and market trends to ensure greater accuracy in analysis and tender participation. **Technical Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * **Solid experience in public-sector tenders and contracts**, including participation in in-person and electronic auctions and the bidding phase; * Strong knowledge of tender legislation (Law No. 8,666/1993 and Law No. 14,133/2021); * Proficiency in electronic auction platforms and government portals; * Intermediate knowledge of pricing methodology, based on IN No. 05/2017; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; * ERP system knowledge is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical thinking to accurately interpret tender documents and structure proposals; * Organization and attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and process compliance; * Sense of responsibility and deadline management to meet tender timelines; * Proactivity, focused on identifying opportunities and improving processes; * Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively participate in public sessions and commercial interactions; * Teamwork to collaborate with technical, administrative, and commercial departments; * Resilience and results orientation to operate effectively in competitive and dynamic environments.
