




Job Summary: The Young Apprentice will assist in administrative processes, organization, customer service, and documentation control, with a focus on support and operational execution. The Young Apprentice will assist in administrative department processes and workplace organization; serve customers; contribute to the receipt, verification, and archiving of documentation; assist in document and report typing; prepare spreadsheets and file controls; and perform other activities related to their area of operation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in processes within their area of operation by organizing documents according to received instructions, verifying defined standards, checking prior precedents or parameters, to meet the necessary requirements for each activity; Assist in internal data collection, seeking data and information as requested by their immediate supervisor, aiming to meet the demands of their area of operation; Contribute to spreadsheet and report preparation, following instructions received from their immediate supervisor, assisting in simulation preparation, performing calculations, and editing texts, as required by their area of operation; Provide customer service, identifying customer needs and directing them to the appropriate department and/or responsible personnel; Contribute to the receipt, verification, and archiving of various documentation, following instructions from their immediate supervisor; Maintain customer records, schedules, and other relevant notes to guide commercial visits and/or related activities; Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific Integrated Management System (IMS), using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts, thereby contributing to the implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory provisions governing IMS1\.1 IMS – Integrated Management System, encompassing Occupational Health and Quality of Life, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Social ResponsibilityFORM\-GRH\-107 PAGE2 / 3 Participate in internal events/campaigns/training related to IMS; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, at the discretion of their supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed or currently pursuing high school, aged 18 to 24 years, with basic knowledge of the Office suite and some experience in activities related to their area of operation. Technical Competencies (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, certifications, registrations) Basic understanding of the company’s products and services. Behavioral Profile (Skills and attitudes) Sense of organization, initiative, proactivity, and interpersonal relationship. Adaptability, communication, customer focus, goal achievement, and teamwork complete the profile. Prior Experience (Minimum time in function or related activities) No prior experience required in this role. Teams and Hierarchical Reporting: Reports to the Senior Professional or Supervisor of their area of operation. Specific Conditions (Differentiated work schedule, adverse conditions, etc.) The incumbent works internally, occasionally moving around to gather information/documents required to perform their duties. Environmental Risks (Occupational Health and Safety aspects) Details of environmental and ergonomic risks will be provided through the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Ergonomic Analysis Report, specific to each workplace and business unit, such as: LAI – Identification of Aspects and Impacts, and LPD – Identification of Hazards and Damages. Training (Mandatory and development) 1\. For members of the Emergency Brigade, mandatory courses include Fire Fighting and First Aid; 2\. For members of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), the mandatory course is “Basic CIPA Concepts”; 3\. For employees designated to execute or supervise confined space work, the mandatory course is “NR\-33”. Additional Notes: I. The position holder operates at an execution-oriented, operational level, assisting in tasks pertinent to their area of activity under continuous guidance and/or following precedents, standards, regulations, etc. Work is frequently reviewed by more experienced professionals or department management. A minimum of 1 (one) month of experience in this role—or in a career position within the company—is required. No additional language proficiency is required to perform the duties. II.
