Job Summary: An IT professional focused on computer maintenance, security, backup, network infrastructure, and system support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for computer maintenance and security. 2. Manages network infrastructure and assets. 3. Provides Level 1 support to systems and manages emails. A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking an IT Analyst in Parnamirim. RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing computer maintenance (installation and user computer support). Keeping security configurations up to date and performing virus scanning and removal on computers. Executing and maintaining updated backup procedures. Updating and maintaining the technical documentation required for computer operation and maintenance. Performing basic printer maintenance, identifying potential failures (contacting the leasing provider’s support when necessary). Opening repair tickets with third-party companies. Managing existing Wi-Fi networks (Unifi – UBNT). Maintaining wired network infrastructure operational (Switches, VLANs). Monitoring network assets (Zabbix and Grafana). Tracking and updating software licenses / renewals. Managing and providing Level 1 support for the Condomob, Fortes, Ocomon, and Selfloops systems. Managing emails and domain. Managing IT-related third-party contracts. Installing and supporting intercom systems, accompanying third-party technicians during technical visits. Providing technical support to other departments regarding requests and projects. And other related duties. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, IT Specialist, or Infrastructure Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
