Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager with a youthful and welcoming spirit to build and create enchantment with customers, ensure procedures and standards, and manage teams and results. We are a reference in jeanswear and fashion, present in the main commercial hubs of Mato Grosso. We are looking for candidates for the position of STORE MANAGER. **Responsibilities and Duties** As Store Manager, you will: * Be responsible for MANAGING store opening/closing. * Be cheerful, youthful, and welcoming. * Build and create enchantment with customers. * Be an EXTRAORDINARY person to create an EXTRAORDINARY environment. * Ensure execution of operational procedures, inventory, products, store organization, and cleanliness. * Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards. * Recruit, hire, train, and develop new team members. * Manage performance and ensure achievement of goals and KPIs. * Be highly results-oriented. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Retail experience, preferably in fashion. * Availability to work during store opening/closing hours, Monday through Saturday and on holidays.
