Job Summary: Professional to assist in organizing, controlling, monitoring, and optimizing logistical and freight transportation processes, including inventory management and communication with suppliers. Continuously improve logistical processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday, 08:00–12:00 **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Assist in organizing and controlling documents related to freight transportation. * Monitor deliveries and pickups to ensure logistical process efficiency. * Collaborate in preparing performance reports and logistical KPIs. * Communicate with carriers and suppliers to optimize operations. * Participate in planning and executing transportation routes, ensuring on-time deliveries. * Assist in inventory management, monitoring product inflow and outflow. * Contribute to continuous improvement of logistical processes by proposing solutions and enhancements. * Perform administrative tasks related to the logistics department, such as data entry into systems and spreadsheets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus. * Knowledge of logistical and transportation processes. * Planning and organizational skills. * Familiarity with transportation and logistics management tools. * Proficiency in Excel. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and problem-solving capability. * **Benefits:** Gas allowance, Meal allowance
