Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and integrating masonry modulation projects, optimizing the process and supporting the construction team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to construction teams **Job Description:** * Development of masonry modulation projects (clay or concrete blocks); * Creation of elevations, course plans, and construction details; * Specification of bonding patterns, lintels, counter-lintels, and required reinforcements; * Integration with structural, architectural, and building services projects; * Identification and resolution of interferences (e.g., pipe penetrations, shafts, etc.); * Modulation optimization aiming at reduced cutting and waste; * Preparation of block and material quantity take-offs; * Standardization of execution details according to company guidelines; * Use of technical drawing software such as AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred; * On-site technical support to clarify project-related technical queries; * Review and updating of projects as required by site needs. **Requirements:** Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Revit or BIM methodology; * Experience in project integration; **Specific Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary drawings; * Basic knowledge of enclosure masonry systems; * Understanding of masonry modulation and block layout; * Familiarity with elements such as lintels, counter-lintels, and bonding patterns; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Organization and standardization of technical drawings. **Behavioral Profile:** * Attention to detail and high precision in technical drawing development; * Organization and discipline in file management, revisions, and deadlines; * Logical reasoning and ability to interpret and resolve project interferences; * Proactivity in identifying inconsistencies and improvement opportunities in designs; **What We Offer:** Competitive salary; Breakfast; Birthday day off; Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
