About the position: * Work as a Direct Sales Representative, focusing on prospecting and serving end customers. * Conduct sales to fleet owners, taxi drivers, companies (CNPJ), and persons with disabilities (PCD), understanding their specific needs and offering suitable solutions. * Develop close relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Key responsibilities: * Prospect new customers and maintain an active customer portfolio. * Conduct external visits for product presentations and closing sales. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms aligned with company policies. * Monitor delivery and after-sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Record sales information and reports in the internal system. Mandatory requirements: * Proven experience in direct sales. * Strong negotiation and effective communication skills. * Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation (appropriate category). * Availability for external work and frequent client visits. * Organization and discipline for managing the customer portfolio.
