Identify customer needs through in-person service or communication channels, clarifying doubts and resolving issues of varying complexity, aiming to properly assist customers and contribute to business continuity; Open and close service requests for customer support via Service Orders (SO), as well as close inspection SOs for suspended connections, ensuring necessary services are kept up to date; Verify feasibility for requested services by analyzing existing invoices, approving or requesting approval for service provision according to requirements; Call, answer, guide, and conduct negotiations with customers and collection agents, as well as negotiate debt settlement options for payment according to company-established rules; Receive and forward extrajudicial notices to customers as needed, recording necessary information; Receive, forward, organize, file, type, and update various documents related to the area; Support updating contact information in the customer portfolio and/or public agencies database; Operate company vehicles when external service is required, adhering to safety and traffic regulations. 2509180202249194
