Technical team management * Lead and motivate developers, analysts, and engineers. * Assign tasks according to skills and priorities. * Provide feedback, mentoring, and monitor the team’s professional growth. Planning and organization * Define delivery schedules and goals. * Estimate required resources (time, personnel, budget). * Prioritize requests jointly with other areas (product, design, QA, etc.). Technical supervision * Ensure good development practices (clean code, testing, version control). * Evaluate and approve technical solutions proposed by teams. * Monitor software architecture and quality. Communication and alignment * Act as a bridge between the technical team and senior management or business units. * Translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa. * Report project status and performance indicators. Continuous improvement * Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Seek technological innovations and tools that optimize processes. * Establish performance (KPIs) and quality metrics. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience managing development teams. * Project management experience: planning and controlling deliveries, risks, and deadlines. * Proficiency in Delphi (mandatory). * Experience in architecture, coding, and best practices. * Experience working in high-pressure environments with strong results orientation. * Proficiency in SQL, programming logic, and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Delphi, C#, or Python). * ITIL certification or knowledge. * Organization, responsibility, and analytical vision. * Ability to resolve conflicts, motivate the team, understand strategic objectives and outcomes. * Creativity to propose improvements and solutions. * Strong communication skills.
