




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider – legal entity Daily responsibilities: * Monitor negotiations and approve the NPV of proposals; * Follow up on and ensure CRM updates by the team; * Engage with real estate agencies to maintain and establish partnerships. Monthly responsibilities: * Train real estate agents; * Create the on-call shift rotation schedule; * Monitor the sales funnel using key performance indicators. As needed: * Gather competitor intelligence to support strategic decision-making; * Participate in defining and executing the commercial strategy. **Requirements:** Desired Experience: 6 to 7 years of relevant experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields. Is a Postgraduate Degree Required? Not required; considered a plus.
