Follow @abbvie on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Tik Tok. **Job Description** **MISSION:** Ensure accurate delivery of the product’s market positioning message, promote AbbVie medications within the assigned therapeutic segment to the medical community, and optimize demand potential under one’s responsibility to expand market share. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promote AbbVie medications to the medical community by providing scientific information and product benefits within one’s therapeutic segment, meeting visit targets according to defined frequency and sequence criteria. * Position the concept of the medications, keeping physicians within one’s call list informed and up-to-date regarding products in one’s therapeutic segment, discussing relevant pathologies, clinical context, and benefits of indicated medications. * Expand one’s call list by identifying physicians to be visited—based on intelligence provided by the Commercial Excellence Directorate—and selecting target audiences using pre-defined criteria. * Plan physician visits, defining execution strategies aligned with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles. * Develop the annual territory plan—including underlying assumptions, action plans, and investment allocations—for one’s assigned territory. * Ensure physicians’ Opt-in consent for AbbVie communications. * Utilize the Veeva platform to promote products to physicians and ensure completion of all segmentation surveys mandated by the company. * Attend medical congresses and events, registering physicians and promoting medications within one’s therapeutic segment. * Share market intelligence insights with the entire In-Field team. * Present action plans to reverse or improve performance outcomes. * Analyze monthly reports provided by the company (e.g., DATASUS, MDTR, REP&DM, HUMANIZAR), interfacing with the District Manager on achieved KPIs and corresponding action plans. * Identify market expansion opportunities through comprehensive understanding of the Transactional Journey. * Execute responsibilities and make decisions in strict compliance with the company’s Code of Commercial Conduct and Compliance policies. * Report any adverse events to Pharmacovigilance within the company’s mandated 24-hour timeframe. * Complete 100% of all online trainings established by the company. * Execute responsibilities and make decisions in strict compliance with the company’s Code of Commercial Conduct. **Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Experience in sales techniques. * Market analysis expertise (e.g., market potential, customers, competitors, economic landscape, etc.). * Experience with public and private healthcare systems. * Experience in pharmacoeconomics. * Substantial experience in sales/demand generation, preferably in high-cost/specialty markets. * Strong experience in immunology, particularly gastroenterology. * Willingness and ability to travel to serve inland regions of São Paulo state. **Additional Information** AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, and serving our community.
