




**About the position:** We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team and contribute to the organization, control, and support of the company's administrative routines. The professional will be responsible for supporting different areas, ensuring agility, accuracy, and efficiency in internal processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Support administrative and financial routines (data entry, controls, reports, spreadsheets, etc.); * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Attend to suppliers, customers, and employees, providing support and information; * Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, invoices, and fiscal documents; * Support office supplies management and day-to-day demands; * Contribute to internal communication and smooth operation of administrative processes. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably technical or higher education in Administration or related fields); * Intermediate knowledge of **Office Suite (especially Excel)**; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Previous experience in administrative roles will be a plus.
