




Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional for supervision, coordination, and management of construction projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and planning. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring quality and compliance of services. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity Daily: * Ensure completion and updating of construction control spreadsheets; * Supervise execution of activities at the construction site; * Organize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams; * Monitor and ensure service compliance with indicators of the Quality Management System (QMS); * Report to the General Construction Manager regarding general questions related to construction management. Weekly: * Monitor and validate Service Inspection Sheets (SIS); * Monitor and validate Material Receipt Sheets; * Manage site cleanliness, organization, and company image at construction sites; * Plan and monitor weekly physical progress of the project against the schedule, in collaboration with internal teams and involved partners, including detailed breakdowns of tasks to be performed; * Meet with the General Construction Manager (GCM) to report project status and address strategic issues; * Manage construction costs to meet planned targets; * Coordinate with the Procurement Department and ensure timely supply of materials and subcontracted labor according to requirements. Monthly: * Request materials and labor, respecting lead times and quantities determined from project take-offs, aligned with the procurement schedule; * Manage contracts and perform\/verify measurements of service providers for payment purposes; * Prepare the construction progress spreadsheet, including updates to deadlines, costs, and performance indicators; * Plan and manage the project in accordance with the physical and financial schedule developed jointly with the planning team; * Perform measurements, complete bank documents\/spreadsheets, and report to the financial institution and GCM; * Coordinate with the Occupational Safety Technician and Construction Administrator to ensure contractors fulfill contractual documentation requirements; * Collaborate with support staff and GCM to prepare monthly reports for senior management. As Needed: * Prepare the O3 budget for the project; * Revise the physical\/financial schedule based on scope changes or project condition updates; * Conduct technological control of regulated materials; * Deliver on-site training on execution methods and work instructions; * Review technical specifications in project documents; * Request third-party service procurement and draft invitation letters specifying scope, quantities, and execution particulars; * Monitor and ensure physical copies of project documents remain up to date; * Perform material quantity take-offs; * Manage conflicts with contractors, employees, and\/or neighbors of the construction site; * Manage the development path for young talents and support their growth and learning within the company. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering Is Postgraduate Education Required?
