Job Summary: Support the Construction Foreman in executing the construction plan by coordinating operational tasks, ensuring material supply, and enforcing safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate workers and assign tasks on site 2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations 3. Inspect the quality of completed services **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Support the Construction Foreman in executing the construction plan; * Organize and monitor the team's daily operational tasks; * Assign tasks and coordinate workers, including masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers; * Ensure material supply at work fronts, communicating\-with the Construction Foreman to forecast requirements and prevent interruptions; * Enforce safety regulations among workers; * Inspect the quality of completed services and report any issues or necessary adjustments to the Construction Foreman; * Adjust the operational schedule as needed, under the guidance of the Construction Foreman, to maintain project progress; * Record daily construction activities and update the Construction Foreman on task progress, challenges encountered, and team needs. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed High School **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Day Off, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
