Create institutional, commercial, and promotional materials such as advertisements, brochures, presentations, email marketing, and event materials. Develop visual identity for developments, including conceptual visual studies, color palettes, typography, and graphic elements. Create and adapt Key Visuals (KV) for application across various formats and communication channels. Develop visual communication materials for sales booths, construction site fences, signage, totems, and development wayfinding. Ensure correct application of brand and development visual identity across all produced materials. Perform adaptations and adjustments of creative materials according to campaign and distribution channel requirements. Support creation of visual content for social media, considering digital formats and language. Organize creation files and materials, maintaining standardization and easy access to produced content. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
