Your mission will be to manage the demand for the **Junior Administrative Analyst**, as well as: * Administrative Support: Provide assistance with daily administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and form completion; * Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, assist with inventory counts, and ensure inventory levels align with store requirements; * Order and Invoice Processing: Coordinate efficient processing of product orders, as well as receipt and issuance of invoices; * Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on key metrics—such as sales, inventory, and financial performance—to support managerial decision-making; * Internal Customer Service: Provide support and respond to inquiries from store staff, resolve administrative issues, and contribute to an efficient working environment; * Procurement and Quotations: Participate in procurement processes, obtain supplier quotations, compare prices, and assist in negotiating contractual terms; * Event Coordination: Collaborate on organizing internal events—including trainings, meetings, and other activities that promote team development; * Security and Compliance: Contribute to implementing and monitoring security and compliance policies, ensuring store practices comply with local regulations; * General Administrative Process Support: Assist with broader administrative processes—such as expense control, performance report preparation, and record maintenance. Requirements: **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; Generalist experience in administrative and commercial areas; Experience or knowledge of the Agribusiness sector is a plus; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate English proficiency.
