We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** - Load and unload trucks with LPG cylinders, ensuring safe handling of containers. - Place cylinders onto filling equipment according to operational instructions. - Conduct visual and functional inspections of cylinders, identifying and segregating units with damage, leaks, or expired validity dates. - Clean cylinder exteriors, removing old seals, labels, and residues to prepare them for refilling. - Check for potential cylinder leaks using water jets and perform simple corrections when necessary. - Properly seal and label filled cylinders in compliance with safety and quality standards. - Operate mechanical or electronic scales for filling cylinders of various capacities (13 kg, 20 kg, 45 kg, and 90 kg), ensuring accurate weight. - Adjust the net weight of cylinders as needed, maintaining product conformity with established standards. - Perform decanting of containers and valve replacements per leadership instructions. - Straighten container rims using appropriate tools. - Sort cylinders designated for requalification and maintenance according to technical criteria. - Keep yards, operating platforms, and painting booths clean and organized. - Assist in moving other-brand (OM) containers within the plant as instructed. - Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures at every stage of the production process. - Maintain equipment, tools, and the overall workplace in good condition. **Requirements:** * Completion of elementary education (first cycle); * NR 23: Basic knowledge of fire prevention (NR 23\) and general awareness of occupational safety best practices and industrial environment organization is desirable; * Experience in mass production lines and training in welding, mechanics, etc., is desirable. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:50 AM to 5:20 PM (1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays from 7:50 AM to 11:50 AM; availability during these hours is required; * 100% on-site work; * Remuneration consists of base salary \+ 30% hazard pay. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Communication, Focus, Interpersonal Relationships, Teamwork ### **Benefits:** Medical and Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Pharmacy Network, Daycare Assistance, Profit Sharing (PLR), Transportation Voucher or discounted parking, Gas Voucher, Additional Vacation Bonus based on tenure, Benefits Club, Funeral Assistance, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Platform Operations
