




Job Summary: Responsible for managing messaging apps to enhance product launches, digital positioning, and brand awareness, while generating content and strategic insights. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of reports and analyses to improve results. **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION** Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, performs messaging app management activities aimed at improving product launches and digital positioning, increasing brand awareness, generating content, optimizing mapped metrics, and delivering strategic insights to enhance company results. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop strategic content plans based on launch calendars, campaigns (from launches to evergreen), and company-defined strategies. * When necessary, write conversion copy and/or content to boost the company's social media and WhatsApp group performance. * Organize Meteoric groups and other WhatsApp groups. * Hire, train, and guide operators involved in WhatsApp group launch campaigns. * Monitor WhatsApp groups to analyze group openings and closures, and assist students whenever needed. * Support NeuroSaber's strategic positioning. * Prepare post-launch debriefing reports. * Curate all content to be posted across messaging apps and media platforms (Reels, videos, Stories, feed, etc.). * Capture, edit, and publish graphics (images and videos) according to the defined positioning strategy, as required. * Participate in departmental strategic meetings. * Create and support SEO strategies by implementing keyword priorities in content marketing projects. * Identify our customers' online behavior patterns and suggest ways to reach a broader audience. * Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness. * Advise other team members regarding their responsibilities within messaging apps and, when necessary, on social media (e.g., how to respond to customer comments and questions, and what to share on personal or company accounts). * Propose strategic recommendations and develop action plans to improve the company's digital marketing results. * Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations of results for the area coordinator and other leadership members. * Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.
