Data Analyst — Power BI & SQL

Ability to interpret data and communicate insights **About the Role** We are seeking a Data professional with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving dashboards and reports that support various business areas. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in **Power BI**, ensuring visual clarity and data accuracy * Write and optimize **SQL queries** for data extraction, transformation, and analysis in relational databases * Perform data modeling (star schema, snowflake) and develop measures * Collaborate with business teams to map analytical needs and translate them into data solutions * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance in reports * Identify opportunities to improve existing data processes and workflows * Document pipelines, models, and data sources clearly and systematically **Requirements** * Proven experience with **Power BI** * Strong proficiency in **SQL** * Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar) * Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences * Organization, autonomy, and focus on delivering value **Nice-to-Have** * Knowledge of Python for exploratory data analysis
