Its products are distributed across the entire national territory through an extensive network of partners, offering innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for the Brazilian agribusiness sector. **\*\*Key Responsibilities or Functions:\*\*** * Plan and control pasture seed processing, ensuring adherence to deadlines, batch traceability, and operational efficiency. * Develop and execute the Master Production Plan by species and batch; issue and monitor production orders. * Prioritize batches according to the sales plan, availability, and laboratory release, ensuring full traceability. * Plan machine and scale capacity; monitor efficiency indicators (OEE), downtime, and losses; propose corrective actions. * Control actual versus planned consumption of inputs (raw materials, packaging, chemicals, inertizers) and accurately feed the MRP/ERP system. * Prepare daily reports (processing status), weekly reports (capacity and bottlenecks), and monthly reports (demand vs. production vs. inventory balancing). * Maintain continuous communication with Quality/Laboratory departments, tracking releases and results for germination, purity, and moisture content. **\*\*Requirements:\*\*** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Agronomy, Logistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in PCP within the pasture seed segment. * Advanced Excel and basic Power BI skills. **\*\*Benefits:\*\*** * Annual bonus based on KPI achievement * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Corporate notebook
