**What will be your challenges?** * Clarify technical questions from customers and staff, ensuring accurate and safe information about medications and usage instructions; * Control the entry and exit of psychotropic and narcotic drugs in accordance with Anvisa regulations; * Verify compliance with technical\-legal procedures, ensuring conformity with legislation and good practices; * Coordinate records and handling of technical non-conformities, proposing appropriate and safe solutions; * Supervise product recalls and perform product verifications as required by law; * Perform clinical services; * Participate in routine inventories, contributing to store inventory control and accuracy.
