Job Summary: Responsible for the construction and maintenance of structures, including wall erection, foundations, finishing work, and repairs, in accordance with design plans and safety standards. Team collaboration and supervision of assistants **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for constructing structures, such as erecting walls and fences using bricks, blocks, or other materials; constructing foundations and concrete structures; and installing beams, slabs, and columns; * Responsible for finishing work, such as applying plaster and other wall and ceiling coatings, laying floor tiles and wall tiles, and painting walls and other surfaces; * Responsible for maintenance and repairs, such as performing minor repairs to masonry, concrete, and coatings; replacing damaged components, such as tiles and bricks; and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of structures; * Interpreting architectural drawings and project plans; * Measuring and marking areas to ensure construction adheres to specified plans; * Mixing concrete, mortar, and other materials; * Cutting and shaping materials as required; * Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction workers; * Guiding and supervising assistants and laborers; * Using personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure workplace safety; * Adhering to safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents; * Actively participating in Quality Management System / ISO 9001 maintenance; * Complying with environmental and safety regulations; * Reporting any daily situation that may lead to a workplace accident to the Occupational Safety Technician. **EDUCATION:** Completed elementary school. **EXPERIENCE:** As required for the position level.
