We invite you to become part of something bigger. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and implement reliability engineering methodologies. * Define preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies focused on performance, cost, and safety. * Lead continuous improvement projects to increase asset availability. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency. * Lead planning of major events (annual shutdowns). * Create and manage new maintenance plans. * Lead and manage failure analysis. * Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC). * Coordinate service order planning, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog, breakdowns). * Integrate maintenance activities with other factory areas (production, quality, safety). * Manage resources and schedules for planned shutdowns. * Maintenance Warehouse. * Ensure control and availability of materials and spare parts. * Optimize technical inventory, avoiding excesses and stockouts. * Work closely with procurement to ensure supply according to planned demand. * Ensure compliance with safety and organization standards (5S). **DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?** **Experiences & Qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience as Maintenance Coordinator. * Experience managing maintenance costs. * Experience in maintenance area with strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil maintenance, costs, and teams. * Technical profile with manufacturing experience will be an advantage. * English/Spanish desirable. **Skills** * Communicative and disciplined profile. * Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. * Critical thinking. * Good time management and enjoy challenges. **Leadership** * You feel energized by delivering outstanding results.
