If you're looking for a place where your talent can make a difference and your career can grow alongside the company, your future is at GAV Resorts. **Come Multiply Happiness with us!** **Responsibilities and duties** Will be responsible for: * Managing maintenance at the Porto2Life Resort; * Coordinating the maintenance team at the Resort operating in the region of Ipojuca \- PE, being one of the key roles for the continuous development of operations and expansions of GAV's projects in this region; * Responsible for developing preventive maintenance, planning and scheduling, asset management, technology and automation, training and development, continuous improvement, parts and inventory management, strategic outsourcing, indicators and metrics, excellent communication and teamwork, preventive maintenance, planning and scheduling, asset management, technology and automation, training and development. **Requirements and qualifications** Academic degree in Engineering (preferably Civil or Electrical Engineering or related fields). Previous experience in team management and coordination of maintenance activities. Knowledge of technical standards related to building installations. Skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving. Knowledge of project and maintenance management tools. Ability to negotiate with suppliers and service providers. Proficiency in computer tools, including Office suite and specific software in the field.
