The Data Team is one of the fundamental pillars in this context. Thus, we are seeking a Data Engineer (Analytics Engineer) to join the team! This person will identify ways to facilitate and optimize information-generation processes to support business strategies, promoting maximum self-sufficiency and performance for projects, processes, and incidents. We are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside PicPay! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Build robust and scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines that meet the information requirements of business and data teams; * Contribute to building a resilient data platform covering all aspects of data quality. Ensuring this quality must be applied from data collection—whether from systems, vendors, or customers—through processing and delivery to the curated layer for analytical use. * Identify stakeholders across all data modeling and governance processes and contracts. * Analyze processing environments for stability improvements; * Understand how available tools are used and users’ pain points to enhance their experience.
