Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and serving customers, presenting procedures, clarifying doubts, registering customers, and handling appointments and after-sales activities. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service following franchise standards 2. Multichannel communication with customers 3. End-to-end management of the customer service process **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Receive customers visiting the unit; Provide customer service in accordance with the service standards of the BotoEsthetic franchise network. Receive and make contact via available channels (telephone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and others); Present available procedure options, explain how they are performed, their benefits, positive outcomes, before-and-after images, pricing, and payment terms, among other information; Clarify any customer questions regarding specific procedures; Register new customers in the systems; Schedule and confirm appointments with customers in advance; Notify the technical team of customer arrivals; Carry out after-sales activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Reside in Natal . Completed high school education; Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare sector; Proficiency in Excel and Word. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in aesthetics or healthcare clinics.
