Job Summary: Regional Coordinator to supervise operations, train teams, and drive commercial performance across company-owned and partner stores. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in sales campaigns and events **JOIN MODA COLMEIA** **LOCATION: NATAL \- RN** **POSITION: REGIONAL COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proven experience in the role; * Flexible availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic visits to company-owned and partner stores, supervising infrastructure, organization, layout, operational standards, and sales initiatives * Train, develop, and monitor sales teams (managers and sales associates) * Select and support the formation of high-performing teams * Monitor and control inventory levels, product turnover, ABC analysis, and replenishment for stores and partners * Identify slow-moving products and propose corrective actions * Plan, implement, and track commercial performance goals and KPIs * Analyze sales, inventory, customer, store, and partner reports to define strategic actions * Plan and coordinate sales campaigns, promotional activities, and commercial events jointly with the marketing team * Organize and participate in in-store events (fashion shows, promotional activities, coffee meetings, fairs, and conventions) * Support strategic planning and budgeting for the commercial area * Manage store budgets and fixed funds, ensuring appropriate resource utilization * Monitor relationships with partners, rankings, procedures, and commercial results * Monitor market trends, competitors, fashion trends, and identify new business opportunities * Monitor customer database registration and company/product market presence * Participate in performance reviews of company-owned and partner stores, proposing process improvements * Support HR in recruiting, developing, and managing commercial area personnel * Monitor team vacations and administrative routines * Ensure compliance with store policies and timely updates to procedures * Perform cash register audits, fixed fund reconciliations, and bounced check reviews when necessary * Willingness to travel **BENEFITS:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Optional dental plan; * Optional health insurance plan; * Brand product discount; * EAD training platform; * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Wellhub (GymPass); * Pharmacy discount (Pague Menos); * Telemedicine and online therapy. **INSPIRE, WELCOME, TRANSFORM.
