Preventive maintenance and equipment procurement PACKAGING FACTORY LOCATED IN NATAL IS HIRING A **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **✔ COORDINATE THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT, GENERATE PRODUCTION ORDERS, OPTIMIZE PROCESSES, MAXIMIZE OPERATOR PRODUCTIVITY WHILE ENSURING PUNCTUALITY AND QUALITY.** ✔ Generate production raw materials requirements ✔ Request required products and raw materials for current production from the warehouse keeper; ✔ Sequence production cards via Trello; ✔ Assign production tasks to team members;; ✔ Conduct quality control inspections to ensure no defective orders are delivered to customers; ✔ Hold team meetings; ✔ Inspect production execution, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and procure equipment when necessary; ✔ Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports; ✔ Monitor raw materials: critical stock levels. ✔ Continuously improve and update system usage; ✔ Maintain company physical infrastructure and equipment; ✔ Provide assistance to other departments.
